Dale Osborn, a leader in the
development of commercial wind projects, will review each of the
essential steps from site selection to project construction for a
commercial wind farm using his wind development process model.
2:00 p.m. Land Owner Agreements – Key Provisions Dale Osborn, President, Distributed
Generation Systems, Inc.
Dale will provide a
detailed discussion of key terms and provisions that should be included
in any land owner agreement to create a mutually beneficial contract
with a developer.
3:00 p.m. Time with Wind Development Companies Attendees will have the opportunity to
visit with and ask questions of several wind development
companies. Representatives will be on hand from the following
